We are looking for several Business Analyst / Controller Trainees for both our Business Control
teams in healthcare and social care services and for management accounting team for the year
2026.
The trainee position that we offer includes a full-time work period of at least three months, after which it
is possible to continue working part-time.
The workplace is located in the center of Helsinki, by Narinkkatori in Kamppi.
What we expect from you
• 3rd-5th year of studies in a relevant university degree (M.Sc. in Economics or M.Sc. in Technology)
• Interest in the social care and healthcare industry and business development
• Analytical skills and a quick ability to learn
• Strong Excel skills
• Power BI and SQL skills are considered as an advantage
Your future tasks
You will actively participate in business development by producing high-quality analyses and reporting solutions to support decision-making. The tasks of a Business Analyst / Controller Trainee are varied and may include various development projects related to, for example, corporate acquisitions, investment projects, financial reporting, or the development of Power BI solutions, both in Finland and internationally.
