As an intern at NAG, you’ll become a full member of our consulting team. You’ll work on real client projects, take ownership of specific workstreams, and collaborate closely with both your team and clients. Your contributions will matter — and your ideas will be heard.
What to Expect
- Real responsibility from day one. You’ll participate in live cases, support client engagements, and help solve strategic business challenges.
- Broad exposure. We aim to give you a range of project experiences across industries and business issues, ensuring a well-rounded internship.
- Support and development. You’ll be assigned a mentor who will guide your learning, provide feedback, and support your professional development throughout your internship and beyond.
- Flexible planning. Internships typically last 2–3 months, but we will adapt the schedule to suit your academic calendar. If you have exams or other obligations, we’re happy to accommodate them.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek exceptional students who are:
- Ideally between their third and fourth year of university
- Demonstrating strong academic performance and top qualifications
- Analytical, curious, and driven to make an impact
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both Finnish and English
- Motivated to learn, grow, and explore a future career in consulting
