The Women Mentorship Program is an exclusive platform for students and young professionals who identify as women. It is a space to discover your unique strengths, enhance your abilities, and kick-start your career in consulting.
As a participant, you will engage in dynamic, skill-enhancing workshops led by expert trainers, benefit from personalized coaching with a dedicated BCG mentor, and enjoy enriching social events to broaden your professional network. As a mentee you will also secure an interview opportunity with BCG for either an Associate or Visiting Associate role. To set you up for success, we are committed to supporting and guiding you in order to excel in your interview preparations.
Events during the WMP
- Kick-off – introduction to the program & meet your mentors!
- Case Solving Bootcamp – We’ll give you all the tools and tricks to ace a case interview
- Breakfast Event – Get inspired by BCG colleagues who will share their career journeys
- Wrap up Event – End the program with a motivating session where you’ll learn skills that will help you in both studies and your career.
Who should apply?
We invite university students (BSc, MSc and PhD) from all academic backgrounds, as well as young professionals with up to two years of work experience who identify as women, are intellectually curious, ambitious and have a collaborative spirit to apply.
