Evli Corporate Finance is one of the leading providers of Corporate Finance advisory in the Nordics with offices in both Finland and Sweden. We currently employ +20 professionals and offer a broad portfolio of financial advisory services, including private and public M&A, IPOs as well as equity and debt issues. Internship positions
We are looking for talented students to join our Helsinki office as an Analyst Intern for February – May 2024 and September – December 2024.
At Evli you will be an integrated member of our highly experienced and devoted Corporate Finance team. You will be involved in projects and current mandates, both M&A and ECM, and should expect a high level of involvement and responsibility, with great senior support, from day one. Tasks will, among others, include company and market analyses, company valuation, financial modelling, and preparation of presentation materials.
Expected profile:
- Goal-oriented, analytical mindset and high work ethic
- Team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in business and financial markets
- Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is a plus
- Relevant previous work experience is not required but is considered as an asset
We also expect you to be a 3rd – 5th year university student with relevant studies in e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management.
