We are now looking for trainees to join us in our various competency areas within Business, Technology and Strategy consulting!

Our traineeship is full-time and takes place in autumn. Our trainee period lasts around 4 months and begins at the start of September. During recent years, our Trainees have worked with client engagements and contributed to our internal business development projects related to our service offering. Our Trainees have also had a role in various studies. Many of our Trainees have continued working with us after the traineeship or after graduation.

University studies in the field of business and/or technology alongside great team spirit and strong problem-solving skills are something we look for in our Trainees. Above all, we value a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn more about consulting. Please note that we require our Trainees to have fluent communication skills in Finnish and in English.
