NREP is now looking for a part-time Junior Analyst to join their Investment Controlling team in Helsinki! You will be a part of a team of twelve people in Finland and as an Analyst, you will be supporting the team with diverse financial management-related tasks. Your work includes for example:

Participating in the management of local companies – e.g. preparing company documentation, loan documentation, capital calls and distributions, cash forecasting, different kinds of reporting, and controlling tasks

Assisting with ad hoc reporting and requests, document handling

Bank reporting
-
Loan drawdowns and related documentation
-
Shareholder loans and partnerships contributions

Quarterly reporting preparations and assisting with annual audit materials and financial reporting

Assisting with Investment Controlling projects

Your background and skills:

Your university level studies are from a relevant field (e.g. accounting or real estate economics)

You have a genuine interest in financial management

You work accurately in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and take ownership

You work independently but are also a trusted team player

You have solid Excel skills, and fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills
We consider as an asset:

Previous work experience from a relevant field (e.g. financial administration, accounting)
